While the company officially takes flight in 2026, the seed of this vision was planted in 2016 following the release of the debut feature Ave Maria. What began as a shared passion between founders Vipin Radhakrishnan and Ashand Raju for unique, emotionally true cinema, matured through the grit of independent filmmaking and projects like Angammal.
Today, EKA Cinemas stands as a production house in full swing—a bridge between deeply rooted regional narratives and the global stage.
